The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for the consolidation of data from multiple data sources into the data warehouse and implementation of a well-defined, controlled and unified view of data. The Analyst collaborates with a team of managers, business analysts, and other developers to assist in defining and implementing data projects from data ingestion to analysis. The Analyst promotes best practices and design principles for data processing techniques and database structure independently and in partnership with other members of the data team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Build, modify and maintain dat infrastructures to support reporting and analytics including internal and external sources using established development tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, and Hadoop.
• Analyze across multiple data domains and define strategies to reduce data redundancy, improve data quality, availability , and accessibility by partnering with the technical teams to deliver a maintainable and reusable sales data
• Effectively communicate data project objectives with external and internal clients, gathering all necessary requirements
• Document logical data integration (ETL) strategies for data flows between disparate source/target systems for structured and unstructured data into a common data stores and the enterprise information repositories

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years experience with Data Architecture/Data Warehousing, database (Hadoop, SQL Server), BI Tools (Power BI), Alteryx and development technologies or ETL frameworks
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Data Management, Data Architecture, and ability to implement into the business function
• Reporting Experience
• VB Scripting and Windows task scheduler experience
