Intrado Digital Media is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to lead our Sales Enablement team in our Chicago, New York City or Toronto office. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing activities that ensure our Sales and Account Management teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to effectively meet Intrado Digital Media's business objectives. This key contributor will establish priorities and develop processes aligned with relevant learning, coaching and communications. Sales Enablement drives efficiencies and maintains alignment between sales and all functional departments to maximize selling efficiency and ensure maximum yield from every salesperson.

Essential Duties:
• Leads the creation and deployment of sales messaging, processes, key content assets such as proposal templates, and tools to support the sales force.
• Works with Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, Legal, IT, and Business Leaders to support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions, including the creation and update of content and templates, and driving follow-on learning activities to reinforce new products.
• Supports the delivery of Marketing and Business-driven campaigns by working with the sales team to ensure understanding, track success, and report back to stakeholders
• Oversees the individual responsible for foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including consulting on training content, scheduling and coordination, deployment of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
• Oversees on-boarding programs for new Sales representatives, including reducing the ramp time to full competency
• Supports frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines to set and track performance KPIs, along with establishing a sales coaching program for sales managers.
• Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales readiness activities.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint.
• Familiarity and competence with common sales and marketing technologies, such as Salesforce.com, Eloqua, SalesLoft, and Learning Management Systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher required. Minor or advanced degree in business preferred.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in Sales Manager/ Enablement and/or Sales Training required. Past experience selling Enterprise solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred
• Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
• Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment.
• Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
• Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
• Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.
• Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
Candidates with the following experience will be highly considered:
• Experience selling Enterprise technology solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Support, Product Marketing or other market-facing revenue-generating roles for dynamic technology-oriented companies
