Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking Sales Executives for a top benefits solutions company in Dallas, TX! Our client is seeking individual with insurance background who are highly motivated, self-starters salespersons to learn the business. The qualified candidate will meet and exceed sales goals by marketing and selling top insurance products through broker distribution channels and direct employers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for New Business and upsell activities
• Build and grow broker and distribution partner relationships in the assigned territory
• Leverage existing and new relationships with consultants and brokers to achieve new business & increase visibility in assigned territory
• Meet expectation on metrics including in person visits
• Identify new administrative opportunities and collaborate to expand revenue opportunities
• Complete regular Salesforce reporting for pipeline, forecasts, and territory analysis
• Assist marketing with developing sales campaigns to support sales effort
• Promote and support a team environment with all departments
• Ensure superior levels of service with new clients
• Maintain ethical business standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of sales and marketing experience in the health care or ancillary services industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Negotiation and influencing skills
