Brothers HVAC and Plumbing, serving the area since 1985
We are currently seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to help achieve the branch's sales goals!
Schedule - Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Receives incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer.
- Gathers information from customers for dispatching purposes.
- Inbound & Outbound call taking, filing, scanning
- Correctly update all lead management reports daily
- Enter information on all platforms
- Other Duties as Assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Adept listening & asking skills
- Responsive, Responsible, Timely & Accurate
- Positive attitude and high emotional management
- Must be able to multi-task
- Computer knowledge a must
- Problem solving management
- High knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft office products.
