* Location: *Webberville, MI - fulltime hybrid flexible schedule
* Salary: *$80k - $100k Base salary dependent on experience with performance bonus plan on top!

We are a Machining Manufacturer of engine and drive train components for the automotive Industry. We have a diverse portfolio of Customers in the USA and Europe. We are looking for a qualified Sales/Marketing Manager preferably from the manufacturing/industrial automotive industry comfortable in sales, account management, marketing, and directly communicating with large key national accounts.
What You Will Be Doing MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintains regular contact with OEMs. Special focus on Daimler, Volvo,
Navistar.
- Ensure the long term business continuity with current customers as well as
develop new opportunities within different products/markets in the Greater Detroit area
- Participates in establishing product pricing and offerings
- Assists in the preparation of sales plan including specific goals and potentials
as well as action plans and strategies for each account
- Track and ensure timely resolution of all customer commercial issues
- Interface with our plants to provide program management support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need for this Position MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering or related field or
equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 4+ years in automotive manufacturing companies (Tier or
OEM). Mechanical components experience is preferred

- Skills:
- Ability to effectively interact with middle and high level OEM personnel
on commercial and sourcing matters
- Negotiating and relationship management skills to get best overall
value
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
cross-functional groups of managers, peers, or customers
- Very high level of interpersonal skills comfortable with both technical
and commercial customer interfaces
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule to enable interaction with
Customer and internal global organization when required
