Beacon Hill Staffing is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst.

This is a temporary position that will go through January and it is fully remote. This position will support the sales operations and other reporting team members to create and distribute the sales compensations.

General Responsibilities

• Generate reports and other deliverables according to required deadlines
• Merge data from multiple sources into a final product for the sales team
• Perform quality checks to endure accuracy of data and spelling
• Update and merge data in Excel and Word documents
• Prepare sales compensation plans and mail merged data information
• Other administrative duties and reports and needed

Knowledge and experience

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of administrative experience in an office environment
• Expert skills in Excel and Word
• Experience doing V-lookups as well as using macros, creating pivot table, mail merge, etc.
• Great communication and organization skills
• Self-starter
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Time management skills
• Ability to learn additional programs
