Everlaw is looking for an analytical, process-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Operation Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing team! You'll play a vital role in optimizing the Everlaw sales process by improving our internal processes and ensuring our team is fully leveraging technology and data insights to sell more effectively. You'll lean on your high level of attention to detail and strong technical fluency to monitor and upkeep data hygiene, and make sure that Sales team members are in compliance with territory and operational guidelines.

This is a full time nonexempt position located onsite in Oakland, California.

Getting started

    • We want you to feel like part of the team early on! Our onboarding process will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals. And you'll spend meaningful time getting to know your direct reports and discover what excites and challenges them.
    • We're excited for you to learn, grow, and contribute right away! We trust that you'll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don't expect you to know everything on Day 1.


In your role, you'll…
    • Familiarize yourself with the Sales team's processes, policies and territory structure. You'll quickly get up to speed on how Sales works alongside Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Business Development.
    • You'll develop expertise within our Salesforce instance and progress in learning the ins and outs of our data structure and workflows.
    • Drive improvements in policies, processes and systems to help increase sales productivity.
    • Improve data hygiene across our systems through frequent maintenance and proactive cleanup efforts.
    • Update and maintain documentation, playbooks, and procedures for our Sales team.
    • Oversee adherence of all Sales Policies across a global sales team and run routine audits to verify compliance at all levels.
    • Assist with ad hoc analyses, requests and responsibilities.


About You
    • 1+ years of SaaS Sales Operations experience preferred or at least 1 year of experience on a SaaS sales team (AE or SDR) using Salesforce.
    • You are highly organized and possess strong attention to detail. You can field a wide range of tasks and prioritize the most impactful and urgent assignments while still managing the rest of your responsibilities in a timely manner.
    • You are dedicated to process improvement and continuously look for opportunities to refine and improve upon existing processes.
    • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and understand how to effectively communicate with stakeholders on a project.
    • You are analytical and are proficient in using Excel, including PivotTables, VLookup, Index/Match.
