Your Role:

At MilliporeSigma, the Sales Support Associateposition works in a high-energy, dynamic, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering best-in-class support.

• Ensure each transaction is processed within MilliporeSigma guidelines, values, and customer specifications.
• Use Oracle, Lotus Notes, Business Objects, and other applications that house customer information to research and maintain customer account information.
• Investigate issues, record lost or damaged orders, handle complaints, credit and/or rebill requests, solve situations related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries and resolve issues quickly, competently, and professionally.
• Act as a role model of Millipore's values and best-in-class business practices.
• Meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service, and or sales support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher education
• Strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent listening and telephone communication skills
• Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks
• Knowledge of Oracle system and PC applications
