Salesforce Business Analyst *Position:* Salesforce Business Analyst
*Location:* Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
*Salary:* $90,000-140,000 DOE

We are a well established and growing SaaS company looking to hire a CRM Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will help drive the business and functional requirements for CRM supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating business change management by developing detailed business and functional requirements as well as process flow diagrams in addition to other appropriate standard business analysis artifacts. This position will serve as a functional subject matter expert representing the business solutions team on enhancements requests and will be a liaison between Sales, Customer Service and other departments and IT development activities.

The CRM Business Analyst will conduct business scope requirements gathering, conduct gap and risk analysis, review, map, optimize business processes, and develop proposals and strategies for executing on key initiatives and deliverables using industry best practices to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce platform and increase Sales and Service productivity. This person will ensure compliance with any global standard processes, programs, or policies, and develop KPIs and metrics for reporting on Salesforce adoption and effectiveness of deployed applications, programs, and processes.

This individual will demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity and professionalism. In addition, this individual will have the ability and aptitude for leadership, self-motivation, strong analytical skills, strong organizational and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, passion for operational excellence, and strong views on how to make our CRM applications platform and tools more powerful, user friendly and effective for our organization.

We are looking for someone highly knowledgeable with Salesforce and has had exposure to either Salesforce Service Cloud or Dynamics CRM.

This is a full-time, permanent position in Alpharetta, GA and we are looking to interview and hire immediately. This position can be on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Be Doing -Develop CRM performance and adoptions KPIs, reports and dashboards to support our business leaders and measure the health of CRM data
-Responsible to ensure the process and data integrity in CRM platform
-Builds and manages stakeholder relationships including business partners, users, vendors, customers, project team members, and leaders
-Develops business analysis artifacts (BRD, use cases, user stories, business models, etc.) to document as-is and to-be requirements and business process change management plans as they pertain to specific projects and/or products area
-Develops functional specifications (FSD) and interacts with technical team(s) to help translate these specifications into technology solutions
-Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
-Identifies and communicates risks and issues that may require changes to scope
-Prioritizes requirements effectively based on identified factors
-Organizes and synthesizes large amounts of information provided by stakeholders
-Ensures that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfills goals and objectives and meet stakeholder needs
-Leads, plans and participates in User Acceptance (UAT) sessions for confirmation of requirements implementation prior to deployment
-Ensures appropriate stakeholders are involved and obtains required information for capturing and validating requirements and other artifacts
-Effectively manages changes and conflicts during requirements gathering process
-Manages requirements traceability and future reuse
-Prepares artifacts in an understandable and presentable format
-Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary
What You Need for this Position *Must Haves: *
-Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of business, technical education and work experience
-4+ years of Salesforce experience
-Exposure or basic experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
-Data analytics experience
-Experience creating reports, inquiries, and dashboards
-Proficient in requirements gathering, business modeling, project scoping, functional specifications and use case creation
-Knowledge of software development/delivery processes such as Agile/SCRUM/Kanban and demonstrated experience gathering requirements in such environments
-Expertise in utilizing standard requirements documentation tools/utilities
-Experience in managing SCRUM cycles scope
-Must possess excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions
-Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization
-Self-starter who works well under limited direction - exemplifies high degree of initiative and drive
-Demonstrates ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment

*Nice to Haves:*
-Project management and/or product development experience
-Experience running basic SQL queries
-Knowledge and understanding of accounting practices, especially in the lodging space
-Professional business analysis certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA
-Proficiency in utilizing development, data, and business process analysis tools/utilities (SDLC, Business Process models, use case modeling, context diagramming, functional decomposition)
-Experience working with remote development and test teams
