Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$68,659.00-$109,856.00

The Salesforce/Conga Analyst job is responsible for the support and maintenance of the corporate applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, documenting and analyzing requirements, establishing and maintaining business processes, and working closely with systems analysts and business partners to implement changes and resolutions in Salesforce and Conga. The Salesforce/Conga Analyst role is responsible for resolving business issues of medium complexity.

Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in satisfying enhancement requests; configuring the applications and collaborating with business users where required.
  
• Demonstrate understanding of critical business processes such as partner enablement, contracts and legal templates, and sales workflow, then recommend appropriate solutions.
  
• Support and resolve incidents logged by customers.
  
• Configure and optimize Salesforce\Conga using standard declarative capabilities such as object creation, reporting, user ole\profile administration and marketplace apps.
  
• Create and maintain training materials, quick reference guides and system configuration documentation.
  
• Facilitate and support unit and business acceptance testing.
  
• Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce\Conga features to provide recommendations for process improvements and future integrations.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce and\or Conga.
  
• Able to partner with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
  
• Able to partner with development and technical resources to understand current system technical design and functionality.
  
• Able to lead upgrades and migrations from start to finish.
  
• Strong analytical skills with strong business sense.
  
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
  
• Flexibility, adaptability, responsiveness and an eager self-starter.
  
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to participate in an on call rotation.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate level SQL skills
  
• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (AP, AR, Projects)
  
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
