POSITION SUMMARY:

The Salesforce Einstein Developer position is part of the IT Program and Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the support of data management & CRM functions using Einstein Analytics and Salesforce. In addition to being responsible for data analysis, the Salesforce Administrator/Einstein Analytics Developer would work directly with the project team to analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Must have exposure to Sales Einstein platform as well as Salesforce products such as, but not limited to, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, and Manufacturing Cloud.

Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, be team players and be able to interact with multiple teams across multiple time zones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide functional and technical direction to deliver resources to the project team.
  • Support through a clear, articulate expression of expertise in the Einstein AI and analytic tool.
  • Develop Einstein platform expertise and advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
  • Understand/Gather Analytics requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of current and future dashboarding requests, while incorporating scalable processes with consistent and standardized views
  • Use analytical rigor and statistical methods like data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from large-scale data sets.
  • Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications.
  • Operationalize AI by adding it to every workflow or business process and producing world class dashboards and reporting in Einstein Platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years of Salesforce solution development experience (design, configuration, deployment)
  • Hands On 2+ years' experience implementing or maintaining Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics
  • Experience managing large data sets, relationship database concepts such as SQL and data modeling
  • Hands on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and building visualizations.
  • Data Model, SAQL Security, JSON, Story Creation, Permission Sets Change Sets/Deployment/Release Management
  • Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Dashboard/Reporting Capabilities and UX design
  • Experience with Platform Developer, App Builder, Admin, Einstein Analytics & Discovery

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Einstein Analytics and/or Salesforce certification
  • Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or software
  • engineering and/or five years' equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software, management best practices.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Experience with the agile development methodology.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions.
  • Able to build and deliver hands-on technology proof of concepts.
  • The ability to confidently present and articulate the business value of Salesforce's Einstein platform to managers and executives of all levels.
  • Production environment/operational experience
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience.
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, fast-changing work environment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Likes to collaborate within a group.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Extended periods of computer input
  • Low physical effort required to sit, stand at files, bend, stoop, lift, and walk.
  • The maximum unassisted lift is 35 lbs., an average lift of less than 10 lbs.
  • Requires the ability to use a keyboard, monitor, and calculator.
  • Requires the ability to communicate via email, and verbally, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Sitting for extended periods

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Inside average office environment
  • Average office noise levels
  • No personal protective equipment required.
  • Ambient temperature between 68? and 76?
  • On-call availability required
  • Some travel may be required.
