Responsibilities:

  • This is an SAP WM/EWM Analyst opportunity focused on supporting SAP's Warehouse Management for Manufacturing Plants and Decentralized Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solution for DC’s.
  • Responsible for any enhancements and writing functional specs and interacting with Development team to complete the task.
  • Responsible for Handling tickets (Service Now) and application support to the end users.
  • Writes and performs functional testing to ensure the solution meets specifications and functions correctly utilizing ALM Quality Center.
  • Creates and provides training documents for new or modified processes or functionality for end-users or technical support staff.
  • Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes, Functional Specifications and Training documents.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
  • 5 plus Years of SAP WM/EWM
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Solution Manager 7.2 (Charm)
  • ALM Quality Center
  • ServiceNow
  • Integration of EWM and TM.
  • Good working knowledge of RF Scanners, Printers and other equipment routinely used on the Warehouse floor.
