What You'll Do

• 12+ years of relevant work experience
• Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
• Manage software testing resources(Train, allocate and monitor)
• Formulate / review software testing strategies, test planning
• Analyze test results and test metrics.
• Prepare / review / present test reports.
• Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
• High level understanding of Automation testing & Performance testing
• Review Offshore deliverables
• Mentor Offshore Team
• Domain Knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, HCM applications is preferable

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
