Intrado is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team. This position will be primarily responsible for driving current client revenue growth and new client acquisition for Enterprise accounts using the entire Intrado UCaaS solution portfolio. You will own the entire sales process - uncovering new product and additive growth sales within a named list of accounts and working qualified new logo inbound leads within an assigned geographic territory. In addition, you will be supported by a strong team to help you with technical discovery, solution design, and demos so you can present formal sales proposals, negotiate the deal, and prepare/manage contracts.

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for:

  • Hunting net new sales opportunities and effectively engaging with key decision makers within assigned accounts and territory to win additive UCaaS business.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business and finding ways we can deliver value leveraging our software subscription services and minor focus on hardware/professional services.
  • Driving the sales process from end to end, being consultative. Diagnosing and then prescribing. Be the quarterback.
  • Selling net new UCaaS solutions to new logo accounts generated from SDR/BDR team
  • Developing and maintaining up-to-date expert understanding of Intrado solutions and general understanding of relevant competitor solutions.
  • Continuing to cultivate the account after the initial sale to expand and grow services with Intrado.
  • Driving renewal activity for existing services with Intrado.
  • Proactively managing pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion using Salesforce.com
  • Engaging internal resources, such as Sales Engineering, as needed, to progress the deal and win
  • Achieving required KPIs & quota

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field

Experience
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in a sales role, specifically selling into new accounts
  • UCaaS and/or SaaS sales experience
  • Required experience prospecting and closing net new deals
  • Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory, on short notice, as needed
