JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned tasks
- Complete invoicing and tie-out procedures for intercompany entities
- Support T&E policy changes, reimbursement questions, and review reports for adherence to company policy
- Assure financial statement comply with GAAP
- Assist in internal, external, and SOX audit requests
- Complete analytical research of both balance sheet and income statement variances
- Develop and train employees with less tenure within accounting
- Research aged/unreconciled transactions to ensure necessary corrections are made timely
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by Finance leadership
- Bachelor's in accounting or finance with 2 or more years prior accounting experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
