A global world leader in plastics and rubber manufacturing is seeking a SEC Reporting Analyst. Dynamic role with a public company that can assist you in taking your career to the next level. Great collaborative environment with plenty of career growth opportunities. This position is in located in Berwyn, PA and reports to the Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• This role supports SEC/ Financial reporting, technical accounting policy/ implementation and SOX coordination
• Assisting with the preparation of SEC filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Qs), including XBRL review, and other financial reports
• Responsible for developing and maintaining support for all financial statement disclosures.
• Preparation of monthly financial reporting package for internal management reporting.
• Assistance with the preparation of monthly/quarterly consolidated cash flow statements.
• Assistance with GAAP conformance and updating of policies and implementation of new accounting standards
• Serving as an administrator for the Company's lease accounting tool
• Provide general support of the SOX requirements for the SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting function
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with Internal and External Auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• 1 - 3 years of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or corporate reporting experience working with multinational public companies
• SEC / public reporting and general financial statement review experience (i.e., 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc.)
• SOX controls experience and understanding
• Chemicals/Manufacturing industry experience a plus
• SAP or major ERP experience ideal
