Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$68,659.00-$109,856.00

Summary:

Responsibilities:

*Apply knowledge, best practices, and expertise in business analysis concepts, principles, and techniques to gather, document and manage business requirements.
*Gain in-depth knowledge of current products, processes, and business practices and lead remediation of any issues or gaps identified.
*Work closely with the product managers to understand product vision and assist in defining/refining Product Roadmap by applying value management principles.
*Lead/coordinate requirements elicitation sessions collaborating with the product manager, stake holders, technical teams in distributed locations to ensure requirements acceptance in an agile environment.
*Enhance and optimize existing processes and ensure that the team is adhering to business analysis principles and best practices.
*Review deliverables created by the BAs for quality and consistency.
*Manage ad hoc requests for investigative work and unique reporting needs.
*Plan and coordinate cross-team business analysis efforts and drive the project to completion playing the role of a project manager.
*Perform impact analysis across products and responsible for identifying and/or designing business processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
*With minimal supervision analyze requirements to create Epics, features and user stories and maintain a backlog in line with the product roadmap.
*Work closely with UX/UI team to define mock-ups/wireframes.
*Negotiate and communicate priority for new features and enhancements and conduct Product backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning.
*Facilitate a team to consensus on the scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
*Closely track project progress across teams and manage nuances of scope creep effectively.
*Coordinate and ensure product documentation is up to date.
*Support development and QA teams during the development cycle and assist with UAT.
*Additional tasks as assigned by manager and team organization/planning.

Position Details:

      Desired Skills:

      • Experience in financial services like payments, e-commerce, and web applications.
      • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of work experience in an analysis role in the financial services area/payment services or varied domains.
      • 2+ years of experience in implementing large scale, transformational payment systems/solutions is preferred.
      • Proven experience in gathering, organizing and documenting technical and non-technical functional requirements interacting with cross-functional teams in geographically distributed environment.
      • Ability to read and interpret technical and other complex documents, break it down into clear features and user stories applicable for effective implementation.
      • Mentoring other Business Analysts and conducting peer reviews of key deliverables to ensure documentation completion and quality.
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proven examples of leadership and ability to drive results.
      • Self-motivated; adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced business model.
      • Competency in the creation of Functional Requirements, data mapping and system migrations are preferred.
      • Experience working on Agile methodology is required.
      • Knowledge of project management and software delivery methodologies is a plus.
      • Working knowledge of payments industry (Card & ACH processing, Billing) is a plus.
