Senior Compliance Officer (Mandarin speaking)- Montvale, New Jersey

Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking for you to provide AML Compliance support to multiple strategic accounts, affiliates in building compliance programs. You will help make sure these accounts comply with AML policies, Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Dodd-Frank, CFPB and other anti-money laundering laws as they apply to Money Services Businesses. You'll be helping our accounts evaluate internal controls through transactional analysis, reviews, and training sessions. It will also be your responsibility to follow up on any concerns from these findings and attempt to resolve them. You will provide on-going support to our Sales & Account Managers regarding new product implementation, training, and any other AML related requests.

Education or equivalent experience is required, with at least 4 years of compliance, auditing or risk-based role from a banking or financial services institution. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. You will be fluent in Mandarin and able to travel domestically up to 50% of the time for work. You will be an excellent communicator, keen to utilize your skill set to provide training. This role will be customer centric and a high level of skill in this area is needed. You must have a strong ability to analyze data and have a sound judgement to solve problems. We need you to be comfortable using Microsoft applications.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,726.15-$122,387.52. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
