IMSA seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.

The Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing oversees and executes projects and activities in the Corporate Partnership team by developing and executing solutions in the areas of partnership management, partnership communications and event management.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Partnership Marketing

  • Fulfill and execute sponsorship contracts including managing event admission ticket organization and distribution, the development, approval process for creating and distributing and organizing marketing materials event support collateral, and other Partnership Management related materials.
  • Fulfill all other contractual assets and activation items.
  • Maintain primary day-to-day management of assigned partners.
  • Develop marketing activation programs, helping partner further leverage their IMSA investment and placing IMSA in front of new audiences.
  • Identify areas for incremental mid-term sales, as well as take partner through renewal process.
Partnership Communications
  • Develop, execute and manage a process in order to execute all Corporate Partner outbound and inbound communication.
Event Management
  • Develop and execute plans for managing an effective at-track activation for partners including the control, accountability and distribution of suite passes, parking passes, VIP experiences and victory lane celebrations.
  • Effectively oversee the creative production of event resource materials, credentials, etc., for partners and execute the pre-event distribution.
  • Effectively execute and oversee the process to conduct VIP event activities such as Pit Tours, Hot Lap Rides, Starter Stand visits, driver appearances at events.
  • Attend IMSA race events and Corporate Partnership events as determined necessary and approved by the Director, Partnership Marketing and Business Development.
  • Assist to develop and maintain collateral material and distribute to partners, prospects and teams as necessary and as requested.
  • Serve as at-track manager of the IMSA Business Center
Required skills / experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years' of current experience and/or training in marketing and/or communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadline and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% including weekends.
