RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Data Analyst in Pasadena, CA.Summary:The client is looking for a super team member who can augment team of heads down developers with a set of soft skills to negotiate, define, and make the data more useful. Consultant more than anything super coding related. This user will be intimately involved in the Project pool.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Have: Tableau/SQL OR Power BI/SQL and Reporting
• Targeting more of a Data Analyst/Data Analytics/Reporting Analytics/Reports Visualization Analyst
• Must have Healthcare - be able to speak the language with their internal clients (Physicians/Clinicians/Nursing)
• Savvy communication from a business background and have some Technical - analyst, BI, front end technical, not a hard-core programmer; Must understand SQL and Data and have experience with a visualization tool
• Confident and know how to handle tough situations
• More of a Senior Business Consultant
• Work closely with the AMD - Area Medical Directors
• Really needs someone who understands visualization; Not just the tool, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, MicroStrategy - that doesn't matter so much, but someone who is passionate about the visualization piece, someone who understands the criticality of presenting the visualization and that the visualization tool is what the client asked for and needs to make their critical business decisions; Presentation skills
