As our Senior Director, Data Platform Product Management, you will lead and grow a team that develops data solutions to power our business. Your team will create value by developing business intelligence tooling and data schemas that enable critical business insights across the company. What you'll do as a Senior Director, Data Platform Product Management:

  • Develop data products that power business growth and meet rapidly evolving stakeholder needs. Examples include business intelligence tools, behavioral data models, and an enterprise data catalog.
  • Establish and prioritize a roadmap for our data platform, ensuring that business user needs are met as the business expands.
  • Promote a high standard of compliance in everything we do, ensuring we meet or exceed all data-related regulatory and compliance obligations.
  • Partner closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to mature our operating model.
  • Balance the need to deliver long-term innovation and the need to be responsive to time-sensitive operational-related data needs.
What you'll bring:
  • 8+ years in data engineering/platform product management or related experience.
  • 5+ years leading, developing, and growing teams.
  • 5+ years working with and alongside agile delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with behavioral analytics and its business applications.
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy compliance rules, such as CCPA and GDPR requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and prioritize roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to partner effectively with a cross-functional team, including engineers, delivery managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated thought leadership.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to emerging priorities and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
This position can sit in either the Boston or Las Vegas offices or remote
