What you will be doing:


  • Develop and lead DTC Ecommerce website product strategy, programs that drive site conversion and repeat visit, and site promotion and merchandising strategies

  • Partner with category and digital experience teams to influence brand.com website product portfolio strategy and build unique product offer/bundle strategies

  • Monthly revenue, profitability & critical metric forecasting/reporting. Budget management and accountability

  • Own the end-to-end performance of Health and Home owned brand websites, report on site KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead and partner cross functionally to provide ideas on how to improve business processes and make day-to-day Ecommerce business functions more efficient.

  • Actively supervise daily data flow between front end, order management, and internal systems; working with appropriate partners to resolve any discrepancies and issues.

  • Provide insight to the overall prioritization process for evaluating new brand.com site features and improvements, structuring appropriate experimentation roadmap

  • Partner with cross functional team members to develop and drive marketing plans, as well as ensure site roadmap and performance KPIs are met and exceeded.

  • Ensure DTC Ecommerce priorities, goals and values are supported within your team

  • Manage and monitor the DTC online store performance and consumer experience, work with Sales and Ops to manage inventory needs, and actively monitor data flow between websites and other internal systems.

  • Exhibit and cultivate standard methodologies regarding effective time use/meeting, communication, and cross-functional partnership


Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end ecommerce processes including clear understanding of website infrastructure, content management, product attribution, operations, and customer facing functionality.

  • Demonstrated experience and passion for driving eCommerce revenue with prior relevant roles.

  • Skills for analytical and data-driven thinking; ability to assess, interpret and act on results

  • Ability to build revenue forecasts and experience crafting strategy that drives to targets.

  • Experience directly or indirectly leading, mentoring, and influencing team members, building and maintaining effective working relationships across functional divisions within an organization to enable success.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and the current marketing technology landscape is a plus

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at once.

  • Self-motivated with a track record showing a "can-do" demeanor and a passion for your work

  • Flexible and responsive to change

  • Presentation, oral and written communication skills required.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information, partnership, and handle a fast-paced environment


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience managing and advising website technical structure, design and aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, and functionality efforts to positively impact ecommerce efforts.

  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms (like Magento, Shopify, or Demandware). In addition, marketing platforms, including web analytics, tag management, A/B testing, etc.

  • 7+ years in website operations, merchandising, and optimization experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Software skills preferred: Microsoft Office, Oracle, or knowledge of ERP systems
