ECS is seeking a Senior Engineer / Scientist to work in our Washington, D.C. office.

Job Description:
Provide technical support for multiple programs within the AUTO USW portfolio. Conduct technical assessments, analysis and written products in support of AUTO S&T emerging USW capabilities. Support the development of CONOPS, CONEMPs and TTPs for future maritime systems. Provide analysis on system interoperability and integration requirements for S&T networks and maritime domain awareness capabilities. Developed technical, Flag level briefs for several S&T concepts, CONOPS and supporting technical processes.

Required Skills:

• BS Engineering / Science
• TS/SCI required and experience working special access programs
• Systems engineering in the implementation of emerging Navy technologies
• Expertise in the development and execution of effective strategies for all levels of military operations and new operational concepts
• Experience with DoD acquisition policy and processes, naval operations, training and system capability requirements
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities at the highest levels of military and civilian leadership

Desired Skills:

• Test and evaluation / simulation and experimentation experience
• Background in advanced sensors
• Previous naval service and expertise
