Senior Estimator - Self-Perform Concrete *Location:* Las Vegas, NV
*Job Title:* Senior Estimator
*Salary:* $80k - $120k Base, Benefits, 401k
*Requirements:* 5+ Years Estimating Self-Perform Projects

With over 20 years in the industry, we are a general contractor looking to add a Senior Estimator to our growing team!

Most of our projects consist of structural concrete podium builds. if you have that experience, please apply today! We are actively interviewing.
What You Will Be Doing - review all contract documents including structural, architectural, civil, landscape, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans along with specifications and soils
reports.
- Implementing Bid Strategies
- Oversee the Concrete General Conditions in cooperation with Operations team and Project Lead Estimator
- Presenting Cost Estimates
- Building Relationships with Subcontractors
- Act as Liaison between Subcontractors and our company
What You Need for this Position - 5+ Years in Estimating
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or trade experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel
- The ability to maintain and write databases for concrete related estimates.
- Proven track record of success in estimating small to large size projects
