About the Job:
We're looking for someone passionate about design, capable of transforming ideas into visually compelling content. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's visual identity and crafting impactful design solutions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing - Enterprise & Wholesale, you'll collaborate extensively across teams to enhance our visual presence and engage our audience effectively.
Essential Job Functions
• Design and manage content, including assets for paid media, social media, web, email, and other digital channels.
• Create static, animated and video content to showcase new product launches, key marketing stories and featured product technologies for use on digital platforms.
• Streamline the video workflow, including planning, editing and post-production, leveraging both internal and external resources.
• Interpret creative briefs for each project; present design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand look and feel across all company platforms.
• Work in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Marketing, and other groups to execute marketing tactics.
• Brief external partners on projects, including project scope, timelines, and deliverables, as well as manage projects to ensure successful delivery.
• UX/UI Design Skills: Understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Motion Graphics/Animation: Proficiency in creating motion graphics or animation.
• Print Production Knowledge: Experience with print production processes and materials.
• Typography Expertise: Strong typography skills and font selection knowledge.
• Coding/Development Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or familiarity with web development principles.
• Multimedia Skills: Experience with multimedia design and audio/video editing software.
Key Responsibilities
• Creation of digital assets supporting collateral, website, paid media, social media, and online publications as well as supporting email campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Develop multi-channel / omni-channel campaigns that leverage digital assets based on the customer journey.
• Take ownership of the creative digital workflow, inclusive of project planning and resource allocation.
• Adapt creative based on analytics to maximize performance.
• Assist the Director of Marketing with photoshoot production, including coordinating with photographers, stylists, models, and other stakeholders to ensure successful photoshoots.
• Use project management tools to manage workflow, assign tasks to team members, and track progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry and consumer trends and technologies to develop best practices and continuous improvement within the Creative Department.
Qualifications And Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• 6+ Years of experience in a related field and/or position
• Expert knowledge of design software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, After Effects, Premiere), Canva or similar platforms.
• Leadership experience or the demonstrated ability to mentor a design team/resources. Proven experience in a professional, digitally-focused design role with a motion graphics component.
• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• A team player who is proactive with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
• Possess high attention to detail, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple projects with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a growing, dynamic company.
