POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic and tactical partner supporting the Operations team. Success in this role will require influential partnership with middle and senior management to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The Senior HR Manager serves as business partner between the business and the corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee and labor relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Builds effective relationships with operational departments to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies.
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs.
  • Identify the root-cause issue of issues, match people strategies to business strategies, and deliver global programs that drive results and strong employee engagement
  • Learn the business and quickly become embedded as a trusted people business partner
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change
  • Proactively manage legal risk and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Leverage human capital data to drive insight and action
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse culture
  • Provides guidance and input on organization design, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant business experience
  • Understanding of Human Resources functional and technical areas, including learning and development, performance management, and change management
  • Ability to work as an HR professional collaborating with all levels of management
  • Experience supporting team members, managers, and company leadership in multiple geographic areas, from and in different countries, and who possess different cultural perspectives
  • Ability to work with ambiguity inside complex changing work environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize duties in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, consulting, and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic professional who is able to effectively assess needs, identify potential options to meet the need, and effectively deliver the agreed-upon solution
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Strong work ethic
  • Implement strategies to boost employee morale and retention.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 10% of the time

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • HR Certification: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, Coaching, e.g.
  • Experience working in a professional services organization
  • Supply chain or distribution industry experience
  • Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills
  • Exceptional level of business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills (identifying and implementing solutions, getting others to support proposed solutions)
  • Bi- or multi-lingual

The base salary range for this role is $112,500 to $168,800. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
