Requirements:

• A resourceful and reliable self-starter with a passion for learning.
• Must have outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of a complex commercial litigation, including pretrial strategy, court appearances and oral arguments.
• Someone genuine and inspirational; enjoys being a part of a team and has a desire to lead.
• Admitted to practice in BOTH the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey
