We are seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist in our Racine, WI location. This position is eligible for a flexible hybrid work model.


  • Participate in cross-functional teams focused on Supply chain projects within the NAFTA region. Advise the teams with complex data analysis to make the best decision possible.
  • Analyze Inventory levels and develop inventory reduction projects in a standardized methodology for all plants.
  • Analyze Transportation Data to develop process intelligence and drive step level improvements
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for global systems implementation projects
  • Run discrete event simulation models for optimal and efficient layouts, processes, and flows - includes definition and design of logistics areas
  • Work with engineering and purchasing to ensure logistics costs are included in decision making
  • This position pays $71,000-$102,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) .

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 2+ years of work experience, supply chain is a plus. In lieu of Bachelors degree will consider Associates Degree with 4+ experience or high school diploma with 6+ years experience. Will also consider Master's Degree with no experience equivalent.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft products such as Excel and Access including business analytic skill application.
