POSITION PURPOSE:

The Sr Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing will focus on the core of customer relationships, delivering 1:1 communications that anticipate and answer customers' needs across their lifetime, while developing strategies to grow brand awareness and loyalty. This role will be responsible for Create and deploy targeted on-brand communications across relevant channels while managing day to day operations of email copywriting/ production, QA and optimization of lifecycle campaigns.

EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years' experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role
Independent worker with excellent organizational and project management skills
Must have strong writing and effective communication skills
Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership
Ability to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across an organization


SKILLS:
Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills
Excellent planning, project management and organizing skills -- high attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills
Ability to build effective business relationships with internal/external clients


EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing relevant field; MBA preferred.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Partner with our marketing, analytic and creative teams, as well as agencies, to develop a strategic roadmap to build a continuously evolving CRM marketing program and develop personalized journeys and automations
Identify product, marketing, and customer service opportunities to engage customers along their journey to increase customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty
Write, edit, proofread, and review work to ensure content is being disseminated properly
Architect our lifecycle marketing strategy to deliver on engagement and retention across multiple touch points and channels such as email, SMS, direct mail, and the eCommerce experience.
Develop and implement end-to-end CRM strategies
Innovate on how we connect with our customers and delight them at every touchpoint with personalization and tailored flows.
Understand campaign performance data, mine for deep customer insights and drive continuous improvement with A/B testing.
Define key metrics and monitor Lifecycle KPIs to garner insights on consumer behavior and drive actionable next steps including a testing roadmap.



SCOPE & EXPECATIONS:
Read and interpret common business documents including contracts, charts, graphs and diagrams.
Listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in an effort to carry out responsibilities or respond to common inquiries from customers/clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community and public.
Handle ambiguity and drive projects to meet key milestones, deadlines, and metrics while working closely with multiple stakeholders groups, including internal clients and external customers or consumers.
Define problems, determine failure points, establish facts, utilize data, and identify solutions.
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Work Location: Remote opportunities available
