The Role
Senior Manager Implementation
The Main Responsibilities
- Direct and lead team of individual contributors who manage the design, development and implementation of advanced transport engineering projects and initiatives
- Manage and assure adherence to budgets, project schedules, work plans and performance requirements
- Establish, implement, and maintain administrative and technical procedures to ensure projects are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner within allocated budget and accounting guidelines
- Exercise financial controls within company financial systems, including review/approval of projects, purchase requisitions and oversight of approved contractors
- Involved in developing and improving Lumen polices in design, planning and development of new advanced data, cloud and voice technologies
- Manage and drive network transformation.
- Manage multiple large complex projects and initiatives that require cross-organizational coordination to achieve organizational goals
- Exercise considerable latitude in decision-making under limited direction towards predetermined goals and targets
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Facilitate, delegate and lead cross-functional teaming to drive transformational change across multiple disciplines and functional organizations to improve processes, workflows and streamlining of functions
- Motivate and cultivates employee development through empowerment, driving a “culture of learning”, and actively engaging in employee’s development opportunities
- Develop and communicate vision to drive improved employee engagement and organizational results
- Other duties as assigned

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
