Empower and enhance our VIP program.

We are searching for an innovative and strategic Senior Manager to structure our VIP operations to empower our teams to deliver a best-in-class VIP experience for our top customers. In this role, you'll assist in developing the strategy for what we do, why we do it, and how we do it. You'll lead the implementation of our VIP operating model, ensuring alignment with the rest of the broader revenue and marketing operations. What you'll do as a Senior Manager, VIP Operations:

• Own the design and operational execution model of the VIP Operations team - what we do, why we do it, and how we do it.
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the VIP strategy, operational processes, interaction models, and reporting, both within the VIP Operations team and across VIP-focused partner teams.
  
• Collaborate with senior-level leaders across functions to align with VIP-focused revenue and marketing teams on execution approach, operational processes, roles and responsibilities, SLAs, etc.
  
• Develop customer handoff procedures within the VIP Operations team to ensure a seamless journey across the customer lifecycle.
  
• Identify and execute opportunities for the VIP Operations team to partner with revenue, marketing, and business development teams to achieve key initiatives.
  
• Create, maintain, and execute a mid-to-long-term operational improvement roadmap to ensure DraftKings can deliver a best-in-class VIP experience.
  
• Work cross-functionally to improve VIP decision frameworks for situations when multiple stakeholder groups are involved.
  

What you'll bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of work experience in management consulting or program management within a matrixed organization.
  
• A desire to build and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholders.
  
• Cross-functional collaboration and experience building alignment around a clearly defined vision.
  
• Experience leading organizational design efforts.
  
• The ability to break down a complex problem in a structured manner to create actionable next steps and see them through to completion.
  
• This position is remote except that it may not be performed in Colorado.
