SCHEDULE

Hybrid Remote/Office schedule for the right candidate

Your Opportunity:

• The candidate will resume responsibility for all Controlling related topics of our production plant in Moses Lake/WA with a total of 190 employees.
• The candidate will be the financial Business Partner providing easy-to-understand financial analysis and reporting to the local leadership team.
• In case of deviations, suggest countermeasures with the aim to improve the financial performance of the site.
• Evaluate production costs and its KPIs to make recommendations for value creation.
  Including potential capital investments and cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide sound financial guidance to local leadership team with the aim to manage the business with clear bottom-line orientation.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of monthly financial data and financial trends to assist other senior leaders of the site in performing their responsibilities.
• Proactively analyze gross margins of third party and intercompany sales and review with Sales and Operations for enhancement.
• Enhance Standard Costing of new and existing products in SAP.
• Ongoingly improve internal processes, SAP and reports' usage and thereby ensure master data quality.
• Initiate and take the lead for our budgeting and forecasting process, as well as risk management.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Business Administration or similar with focus on Controlling, Finance and Accounting
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant Controlling experience within a manufacturing environment
• Very good skills in SAP modules FI/CO/MM/PP and MS Excel
• Very good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Team player with high level of personal initiative and professional integrity
• High energy with an enthusiastic can-do attitude coupled with personal responsibility
