Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$75,887.00-$121,419.00

Essential Job Functions:

• The purpose of a Pricing Analyst, Senior is to establish, maintain and analyze price reference documentation, and to generate pricing for proposals and RFP's.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner. • Prepare customer quotes based on historical price points & current market value; maintain a consistent set of price models ensuring that methodologies are consistent
• Prepare multi-year cost/pricing models; ensure compliance with contracting regulations
• Perform peer pricing review and quote approvals within control limits established for the role
• Provide regular and ad hoc pricing and profitability analyses as needed
• Participate in team projects as an active contributor and leader
• Onboard, train and mentor new pricing team members
• Oversee all month-end billing and reporting activities

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years hands-on experience in and analysis with a track record of success performing spreadsheet analyses, maintaining financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with strategic pricing versus transactional pricing.
• Strong excel skills

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills Superior leadership and mentoring skills
• Strong accounting operations understanding Aptitude for analyzing information, with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate with all levels of management including Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to use a personal computer.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience related to basic financial analysis
