Senior Process Engineer We are a leader in the microelectronics industry for our innovative foundry services and support of ion implantation. Due to the immeasurable growth the compound semiconductors space has seen in recent years , with our company at the forefront, we are looking for a talented and curious senior process engineer to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing You will serve as one of the lead technical resources in the organization. This role will include process engineering, applications engineering, equipment engineering, technical advisement, and R&D activities. This role will work with upper management to manage current products, while assisting in the development of new product offerings for the market. This role will regularly work with senior level technologists and management to achieve challenging process outcomes.
What You Need for this Position -5+ years experience in Semiconductor industry
-Ion implantation
-Process Integration
-Device Phsyics
-SPC
