  • Partner closely with Product Marketing & Sales to drive market adoption of Accolade's value-based care approach
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the organization's ability to meet its strategic, financial and technical goals
  • Lead and motivate (directly and/or by influence) world-class product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers, and work closely with other partner stakeholders (marketing, sales, services, legal, finance) to provide the guidance and direction for achieving our vision
  • Develop data-driven mechanisms (dashboards, metrics, models) to support the measurement of Accolade's value proposition and opportunity to enhance value through new features or process enhancements
  • Lead and motivate (directly and/or by influence) world-class product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers, and work closely with other partner stakeholders (marketing, sales, services, legal, finance) to provide the guidance and direction for achieving our vision

  • 6-8 years of product management (B2B, B2C consumer products), product marketing, management consulting, and/or general management experience with demonstrated ability to discover, define, deliver, and evaluate solutions
  • Strong background in the healthcare industry preferred, including but not limited to knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare technology market
  • Robust data and analytics background, including the ability to identify a business problem and develop a data-driven solution from end to end
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to lead projects and build new products from the ground up independently
  • Attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically, and execute methodically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is a must
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary with a positive attitude and fit with the Accolade team culture
