What You Will Be Doing The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of multiple engineering, procurement and construction projects. These duties will be, but not limited to, plans, budgets, schedules, contractor management, reporting to stakeholders, etc. You will also be involved in the staffing of projects from junior project managers to office personal, as well as, working with contractors to successfully organize and complete activities to ensure a successful projects.
What You Need for this Position Must Haves:
- Must be experienced in Complex Project Management.
- Must be proficient in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Principles, etc.
- Advanced financial budgeting and management.
- Skilled in procurement and contract negotiations.
- Must be have fantastic leadership qualities and able to work independently.
- BS/BA or higher in either Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
