Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a Project Manager in Healthcare to join their team in Colorado. 100% Remote role.

Project Manager to help with Go Live implementation. Previous healthcare experience. Working closely with a smaller-midsize team, good culture and team support. Need someone to work well in that environment. Cross functional PM experience: IT, Product, etc.

Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's Degree required. 2. Five years of project management experience required, managing large-scale, complex/cross-functional projects. 3. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, eleven years relevant experience required. 4. Proven experience utilizing industry tools, techniques, and methodologies to drive project success. 5. Experience delivering healthcare, information systems, and/or health insurance projects preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Understanding of project management principles, processes, methodologies and tools. 2. Ability to use critical thinking in evaluation and implementation of appropriate tools and methodologies to fit different project needs (i.e. Lean, Agile, Waterfall, etc.). 3. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills to enhance project team performance. 4. Ability to leverage business acumen to evaluate strategic business objectives. 5. Proven practice of risk mitigation and change leadership techniques. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously.

Computers and Technology 1. Extensive experience and demonstrable skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suites required. 2. Smartsheets Experience needed 3. SharePoint and MS Project experience preferred.
