Hays Property have partnered with an extremely successful global commercial real estate services organization, specifically for someone to a Class A office asset.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a 1.2M SQ FT Class A CRE asset (office with some retail), its tenants, brand and overall performance. You will lead the success of the assets by understanding new and innovative market trends, commercial tenant requirements and expectations. You are accountable to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the property to maximize financial return and create and deliver an overall hands on management experience that sets the bar for this successful organization.

What you'll need to succeed
• You are an extremely successful Property Operator, overseeing similar office or retail assets, ensuring overall service is always first class
• You are an integral leader in the establishment and implementation of real estate strategies, procedures and goals to ensure efficient property operations
• Previous financial expertise. You will be financially responsible for the entire asset; budgeting, forecasting, and improving net operating income beyond approved budget
• Identify problem areas and proactively work to improve the property's performance
