As a Senior Radiation Therapist, you will prepare and apply ionizing radiation to the patient in accordance with the prescription and instruction of the Radiation Oncologist and under the general supervision of the Radiation Oncology Manager and Lead Radiation Oncology Therapist. Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the Radiation Oncology Manager and Lead Radiation Oncology Therapist. Operates all Radiation Oncology related equipment, i.e. CT simulator, linear accelerator, QA dosimeters, diode system, and various computer equipment.

Education:

B.S. degree preferred but not required. Graduate of an approved radiation therapy technology program

Experience/Licensure/Certifications:

1. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
2. Three years as a registered staff Radiation Therapist.
3. Current CPR certification required.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, weekend work is required.
