About the Role - The Senior Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment whichencompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates of all levels for various practice groups and geographic markets.
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates and also have the ability to engage with candidates and share what sets the firm apart from competitors
- Build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and outreach
- Deliver a robust interview-to-hire ratio
- Gather information related to the candidates' individual situation, including compensation data, timing and any other considerations related to interest in the opportunity
- Consult with senior leaders to develop offer recommendations
- Update market research and applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and position information; maintains a record of recruiting activities
Preferred Qualifications - At least 4 years of recruitment experience, 2 of which are in professional services
- Experience in attracting, selling, and negotiating the opportunity to work for a professional services firm
- Ability to adapt in a continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong business acumen
- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Experience or exposure to advisory/consulting roles centered around deals/transactions/M&A
- Proficient use of applicant tracking systems comparable to Bullhorn
Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Presentation skills mandatory
- Must possess analytical skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
