Summary:
Performs a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests and experimental procedures specific to the area of research associated with the work in the assigned program/laboratory; provides administrative/managerial oversight of the lab operations under the direction of the Principal Investigator; assists to identify, design and/or execute research experiments to meet the research objectives of the program.

The salary range for this position is $61,430 - $76,191 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time professional research experience in a laboratory, clinical or scientific research environment; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time professional research experience in a laboratory, clinical or scientific research environment.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate should have experience with flow cytometry and working with animals. The preferred candidate should have experience working autonomously, running own experiments, and working independently;
