Your role

  • Identify, evaluate and develop newprotocolsand innovative technologiestowardsaddressing evolving needsofdrug discovery anddevelopment using 3D cell culture.
  • Engage withinternal andexternal collaborators and customersas technical champion for 3D cell culture
  • Provide technical leadershiptoconceive, modify anddrivecutting edge serviceconcepts torealization
  • Leverage specialized knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Summarize and present experimental results in written and oral reports
  • Participate in strategic planning to identify new areas for future development
  • Present the company at international conferences to promoteourbrand awareness

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS with 3+ years' experience, PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or related discipline
  • +2 years of industry experience
  • Experience with 3D cell culture ( organ-on-a-chip or organoids)
  • Excellent experimental planning and data interpretation skills
  • Hands-on experience across a broad range of life science applications
  • Experience presenting to different levels of management
  • Highly organized;independentself-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; adapt well to change and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Innovative problem solver with creative thinking skills for overcoming difficult experimental challenges

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Skills in the areas of cell biology and molecular biology are desired
  • Experience withcreating andusingPatient-Derived-Organoidsis apreferred.
  • Ability to work equally well on a multidisciplinary team or independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
