We are a full umbrella solution for on the go training, planning, and mission rehearsal. We provide fully portable and self-contained virtual and augmented reality training solutions developed by close collaboration with experienced operators. Our ecosystem allows trainees to work independently, with an instructor, or with a diverse group of individuals from around the world. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to help us with our next phase of growth.
What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

- Design, manage, implement, debug, and document new game systems and tools in Unity
- Create code that is of high quality and performance
- Work cohesively leading a team of engineers, designers, and artists
- Lead discussions and continue to push innovation
- Extrapolate tasks from game design documents, feature stories, conversations, and requirements
What You Need for this Position Minimum 7 years of development experience along with at least 5 years of experience with the following:
- C#
- C++
- Unity
- 3D Math
- Proof of product that has shipped and is being utilized
