What You Will Be Doing -To plan, manage, and deliver the project on-time, in-budget, with exceptional safety and quality results

-This Superintendent's role is to lead everyone involved in the same direction to accomplish the mission on time and in budget

-Must be result-driven to achieve milestones and great to work with

-Solving constructability problems creatively and collaboratively

-Documenting of entire project on behalf of the company and manage liability issues

-Create and Organize Documents, Changes, Daily Logs, Safety Meetings, Plans and Changes

-Ability to schedule subcontractors and assist them to reach their milestones
What You Need for this Position -Experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
-Experience with Wood-Framing and Multi Family projects.
