Job Description Summary
The successful Senior Recruiter candidate will be responsible for full life-cyclerecruitingprocess for The East Region Global Occupier Services (GOS) recruiting team and will report to theEast Region TA Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have experience providing mid to senior levelrecruitingin a fast paced, demanding professional environment. The Senior Recruiter will also have experienceadvising, guiding and influencing senior level hiring managers throughout the entirerecruitinglife-cycle. We are seeking anenthusiasticindividual who ispassionateabout providing excellentcustomer service, with aprocess improvementmind set.

• Manage fulllife cyclerecruitmentacross multiple service lines and disciplines (some of these areas includeAccount Management,Lease Administration, Facilities Management,Occupancy Planning/Project and Development Services,Transaction Management)
• Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking
• Partner with the business to create efficient and effectiverecruitmentstrategies forsourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions
• Conductphoneinterviewswith applicants to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and are anorganizationalfit for C&W
• Stay up-to-date on newsourcingtools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize theserecruitingand networking tools
• Provide complete,accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of Cushman & Wakefield
• Be a C&W ambassador to attract top talent to the Company
• Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met
• Develop candidate talent pipelines throughsourcingchannels,recruitmentcampaigns,internet searches, networking groups,social media,databasesearch, referrals, and advertising
• Source for multiple searches and supporting several hiring managers simultaneously
• Assist with managing and growing our employment brand andrecruitingpresence acrosssocial mediachannels
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• BA /BA degree
• 7+ years ofprogressiverecruitingexperiencewith at least 1 year of priorrecruitingin a 3rd party agency environment highly preferred
• Ideal candidate will have experience with both candidaterecruitmentand business development side of therecruitingdesk
• Strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand managers hiring needs, make recommendations and coach managers to make the best top talent decision
• Labor market expertise; provideHRpartners and hiring managers a detailed view of labormarket trends, advise on competitor activity and provideinsightofrecruitingin the space.
• Strongsourcingskills with previous experience developing, presenting and executingdiversitysourcingstrategies and candidate pipelines
• StrongMS Office, Excel andPowerPoint skills
• Technology savvyincludingsocial mediaandprocess mapping
• Experience with Workdayrecruitmentmanagement tools and/orATS(Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
• Exceptionaltime management,organizational, and communicationskills required
• Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information is essential
