Senior Technical Project Architect If you are a Senior Technical Project Architect with experience, please read on!

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect for our LA office. You will develop and follow up on projects from concept to completion. For this role, you should have both strong technical abilities and design capabilities. You will be collaborating with senior staff and mentor junior staff.
What You Will Be Doing - Detailing and documentation from concept to completion
- CA for multi-phased, complex projects
- Documentation for new construction, additions, renovations
- Prepare building construction documents
- Editing/coordinating specifications
- Researching materials/building systems
- Being a technical resource
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree
- Registered Architect
- LEED AP preferred
- DBIA desirable
- 10+ years of experience
- Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360
- Construction Administration
