YOUR ROLE

• The SexyHair Education Manager (SEM) is responsible for planning and managing daily tasks related to team of Educators.
• They are responsible for developing annual curriculum and all class-related materials, as well as communicating daily with the Educators to facilitate travel and schedule classes.
• The SEM will also support Sales in planning for customer meetings and shows, as well as engaging with Brand to provide timely formula feedback and market insights from a professional's perspective.
• Essential Job Responsibilities:Education Planning & Team Lead
• Create and develop annual curriculum for national execution
• Work with Sales to set up distributor Education, regionally & nationally
• Lead asset creation for class marketing
• Aid in planning & execution of Education events o Manage contracts of Educators
• Moderate virtual classes with Education team
• Assist with all travel arrangements for the Education team
• Assist with Educator payments & vendors
• Assist with tasks in SMS Educator portal
• Assist with all administrative tasks involving Education team
• Act as liaison with other regional Education teams for SexyHair
• Provides needs analysis quarterly reports to managementSales Supporto Support with Education-related planning for Sales meetings
• Support in planning & execution at shows
• Coordinate & lead PK for new hire process with field & new employees
• Oversee customer service inquiries via phone & emailBrand & Innovation Support
• Act as Education liaison for Brand, sharing new product ideas & any quality concerns o Provide timely feedback on innovations/formulas

YOUR SKILLS

• Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Cosmetologist
• 3+ years' experience in corporate education preferred
• Self-motivating with an elevated level of passion for Education
• Excellent skills in presenting, staying organized, prioritizing & communicating effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPointo Proficient in Zoom & Microsoft Teams
• Passion for the beauty/fashion industry
• Open to 30% work-related travel
