What You'll Do

As a SharePoint Analyst, you will work with SharePoint team and actively perform and support the migration of data and solutions from share drives to SharePoint Online.

You will also participate in maintenance and operational activities for multiple SharePoint sites.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Conduct requirements analysis for data migration process to SharePoint Online
• Collaborate with end users on data migrations from data shares to SharePoint Online sites
• Provision new sites, complete data migrations using migration tools, and conduct QA
• Schedule and facilitate process with ShareGate
• Consult with Client team on setup of SharePoint O365 site collections
• Create end user training guides and presentations
• Conduct "office hours" as needed for users
• Provide enterprise SharePoint support (tickets managed through ServiceNow)
• Create, modify, archive, delete site collections as needed
• Support site owner request for permissions and access
• Experience with OneDrive, Teams, Groups, and Authentication
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
