  • - $300.00 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days of employment)
  • - $500.00 after 6 months
  • - $500.00 after 1 year
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines
  • Perform the related transactions for the stocking of material
  • Assist with broad range of warehouse tasks, utilizing forklifts, pallet movers, drum dollies and carts. Transport materials to and from production areas
  • Promote safe working practices in the shipping department.
  • Coordinate FedEx shipments
  • Assist with warehouse organization, labeling, and 5S activities.
  • Support Forklift PM tracking and coordinating repairs for all forklifts
  • Cycle counting warehouses.
  • Assist Operators with various material handling duties.
  • Coordinate, communicate and signal replenishment of material from the various stock locations to production.
  • Interface with TMC/TMS on a daily basis to set up all PPD/PPA shipments using Mauser prescribed carriers based in the software program.
  • Update TMC/TMS for any SO changes deemed by customer service, production or customers. These also occur on a daily basis.
  • Interact with various trucking companies daily. These interactions consist of phone calls and emails.
  • Set up BOL's for nightly bottle production after customer service provides the production report for the evening.
  • Required interaction with drivers on a daily basis including printing BOL's, setting up dock door assignments and other general transportation duties.
  • Assist with producing product with the production team up to 25% of the time
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of inventory, warehouse, and receiving experience.
  • Forklift and Material handling experience required
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communication skills necessary to coordinate activities among various parties, including internal and external customers and vendors
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to learn new software programs
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to be on feet up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment. Hot in Summer, cooler in winter.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
