Shipyard Rigging Manager *Job Title:* Rigging Manager
*Location:* Philadelphia, PA
*Salary:* $100K Base + $20K-$30K OT Pay + Benefits + 401k
*Requirements:* Oversight of rigging within a US shipyard

We are a privately owned shipyard in Philadelphia that prides itself on both the quality of our work and our strong, unique company culture.

We specialize in the repair of U.S. Navy vessels as well as tankers, cargo and cruise ships.

We are currently in search of an experienced Rigging Manager to join our dedicated team and manage the repair of US Navy, Coast Guard, cruise and commercial ships.

The role of the Rigging Manager will be supervising and directing activities of the riggers while being responsible for safety, quality, scheduling and budgeting.
What You Need for this Position Prior rigging department experience in a supervisory role in a US shipyard is required for this position.
